Cancellations & Refunds
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Free trial
The free trial does not require a payment card. If you do not subscribe after the trial, you will not be charged and paid features will become unavailable.
How to cancel
Log in to Quopremy, select Manage plan, and cancel the subscription in the secure Stripe customer portal. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal. You will receive confirmation through the billing portal or by email.
What happens after cancellation
Cancellation stops future automatic monthly or annual renewals. Unless a refund or immediate cancellation is agreed, you can normally continue using Quopremy until the end of the billing period already paid for. Your saved account data is not automatically deleted when a subscription is cancelled.
Cooling-off period
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel an online service contract within 14 days. To make this clear and simple, Quopremy accepts refund requests made within 14 days of the first paid subscription charge. This does not affect any additional rights you have under applicable law.
Other refunds
After the initial 14-day period, subscription payments are normally non-refundable and we do not usually provide partial refunds for unused days. We may provide a refund where required by law, where a duplicate or incorrect payment was taken, or where a serious service problem prevented reasonable use of Quopremy.
Requesting help or a refund
Email support@quopremy.com from the address connected to your account. Include the company name and payment date, but never send complete card details. We aim to respond promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on the bank.
