Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains how Quopremy collects and uses personal information when you visit quopremy.com, create an account or use our quoting software. Quopremy is the controller of the account information described below. Contact us at support@quopremy.com.

Information we collect

How and why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide saved quotes and business settings, process subscriptions, send password-reset messages, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Quopremy.

Information about your customers

When you enter a customer's information into Quopremy, your business controls that information and Quopremy processes it to provide the service. You are responsible for having an appropriate reason to collect it, keeping it accurate and handling customer requests relating to it.

Who receives information

We use trusted service providers where necessary to run Quopremy, including Stripe for payments, Railway for application and database hosting, and Resend for transactional email. If you consent to optional website tracking, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited also receives and processes Meta Pixel data under Meta's applicable Business Tools terms. These providers handle information under their own terms and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service.

International transfers

Some providers, including Meta and its affiliates, may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, the relevant provider and Quopremy rely on applicable transfer safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep information

We keep account, settings and quote information while your account remains open and for a reasonable period afterwards when needed for security, disputes, legal obligations or service recovery. You can delete individual quotes inside Quopremy. You may contact us to request closure of your account.

Cookies

Quopremy uses an essential login cookie to keep your session secure. It is required for the service to work and is not used for advertising.

When anonymous usage statistics are enabled, Quopremy counts four sign-up steps — viewing the sign-up form, starting it, submitting a valid form and completing registration — only as daily totals. We do not include an email address, company name, password, IP address, device identifier, referrer, full URL or advertising parameters in these stored statistics. The totals are used solely to understand and improve the sign-up process, are not shared for advertising or profiling, and are deleted once they are more than 180 days old.

We rely on our legitimate interests in improving Quopremy's sign-up process for this limited processing and on the UK PECR statistical-purposes exception where it applies. You can object at any time through “Privacy choices”. If you turn anonymous statistics off, Quopremy stores only a first-party opt-out cookie for 12 months so this browser remembers your choice. Turning the statistics off does not affect your access to Quopremy.

With your consent, we may use Meta Pixel on public Quopremy pages to measure page visits, visits to the sign-up page and completed account registrations. Our legal basis for this optional tracking is your consent. Meta Pixel may process technical information such as your IP address, device and browser information, the page URL and referrer, Pixel or cookie identifiers, and the name and time of the measured event.

Quopremy's event calls do not include the email address, company name, password or other values entered in the registration form. Automatic configuration is disabled in the Quopremy integration, and Automatic Advanced Matching must also remain disabled in Meta Events Manager. Because that account-level setting is controlled by Meta rather than this website's code, it is checked separately before enabling the Pixel.

Optional Meta tracking is disabled by default and the Meta Pixel script is not loaded unless you select “Accept optional tracking”. Your choice is stored in your browser and synchronised between open Quopremy tabs where the browser supports it. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by selecting “Privacy choices” at the bottom of a Quopremy page and choosing a different option. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops further Quopremy tracking events and does not affect your ability to use Quopremy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, and to receive a portable copy. Contact support@quopremy.com to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when Quopremy or applicable requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page.
