These terms apply when you create an account or use Quopremy. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Quopremy is designed for UK trade and service businesses. Contact us at support@quopremy.com.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

The Quopremy service

Quopremy helps users calculate, save, manage and print customer quotes. Calculations and suggested prices are estimates based on information entered by the user. You remain responsible for checking every quote, price, tax, margin, measurement and contractual commitment before sending it to a customer.

Free trial and subscription

New eligible accounts receive the free-trial period shown during registration. No card is required for the trial. Continued access after the trial requires a paid subscription. Available monthly and annual plans, their prices and billing periods are displayed before checkout. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval you select until cancelled. Stripe securely processes payments. You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method at that interval. If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended while the payment remains outstanding.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through Manage plan in Quopremy. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid billing period. Our detailed policy is available on the Cancellations & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Quopremy, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity. You must not resell access, copy the service or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits.

Your information and content

You retain ownership of information you enter. You give us permission to host, process, back up and display it only as needed to provide and protect Quopremy. You are responsible for having permission to enter customer information. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Quopremy reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, secure, improve or change the service. If a material change negatively affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Our responsibility

Quopremy is a quoting aid and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or professional trade advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or losses caused by incorrect information entered by a user. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, security risk, fraud, non-payment or unlawful use. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@quopremy.com.
